My password will not work, can you help me? |

Your password was randomly generated when you placed your order. Passwords issued before 1/22/2004 were 8 characters in length and consisted of Numbers and lower case Letters. Passwords generated on or after 1/22/2004 are 8 characters long and consist of lower case Letters only.
The most common problem with passwords is mistaking the number ONE (1) for a lower case letter L (ell) or upper case letter I (eye). Please look very closely at the password we sent you to make certain this is not the case for you. You can also try to copy the password from the email we sent you and paste it into the password box.
If you are still unable to gain access using the Username and Password we sent you please send us a support request by using the "Contact Us" feature of this site.
**NOTE** - Our members sites are protected by Bot Buster. If you continue to try to login after several failed login attempts you will most likely get blocked by our server. You will know you are blocked when you receive a "Forbidden" message. |

If you just recently placed your order and were at one time able to enter the site you purchased it is possible that your credit card did not actually get approved. This happens from time to time and we normally will alert you of this by email.
Other possible reasons your password may not work is that you cancelled your membership, your membership has expired (for multi month memberships), we have detected abuse on the username you were issued (multiple logins from different ISP"s), fraud or the rare case that our system just dropped your username from the password files.
If you are certain that your account should still be active please send us a support request by using the "Contact Us" feature of this site. |

How do I cancel a membership? |

You may cancel your membership anytime by using our Online Cancel Membership utility which can be accessed by following the "Cancel Membership" link in the above menu.
Please note that only Monthly Recurring memberships will be successfully cancelled. Multi-Month memberships do not need to be cancelled and submitting a cancel on this type of account will not change the expire date. Muli-Month memberships do not recur and will expire on their own. |

Will you send anything to my mailing address or contact me in any way? |

No, we will never send anything to your mailing address without your request. The only time you will receive anything at your mailing address is if you make a product purchase which we need to ship (for example, a calendar, poster or magazine).
The only contact we will make with you is by email in response to an order you placed (to send you a receipt or your membership access information), in response to a support request or by phone OR email if there is a problem with your order (if we suspect fraud or there is a problem with the order).
We do not send unsolicited email nor do we share your information with any third parties. |

When I try to enter the members area I get a "Forbidden" message, why? |

Our members sites are protected by Bot Buster. If you continue to try to login any of our sites after several failed login attempts you will most likely get blocked by our server. You will know you are blocked when you receive a "Forbidden" message.
There are only two things you can do if you get blocked. The first is to simply wait. All blocks on multiple login attempts are temporary and will expire automatically on their own in a few hours. If after waiting you are still unable to get past the "Forbidden" message please send us a support request using the "Contact Us" feature of this web site (See above menu).

What do I do if I forget my login information? |

If you lost or forgot your Username and/or Password you may use our "Lost Password" tool available from the menu above.
In order for this tool to function properly it requires that the email address you submitted on the order form is correct. If you are unable to retrieve your information please send us a support request using the "Contact Us" feature of this web site (See above menu). |

My credit card was charged more then I expected. Can you explain? |

As of January 2004 we started charging all customers an additional fee of %2.60 on top of the bill total. For example, if your bill is $100.00 we will charge you $102.60 total. Recurring memberships will also begin being charged an additional %2.60 on top of their monthly billing beginning in February 2004.
Each web site is clearly marked on the order form about this charge and the total given to you when the order is finalized is the amount we bill.

No. Multi-Month memberships do not recurr and you do not need to cancel them. Multi-Month memberships may not always be closed on the day they should have. If concerned, you may contact us to verify your account.
